I’ve tried a few other fiber supplements, but Bottom I has been the best so far. It makes clean out a breeze. Since I eat a fairly high fiber diet, I’ve found that a two pill dose night and morning do the trick.

My single nit-picking complaint is the product name in a huge font on both sides of the package. My friends get quite a chuckle out of it; but I’m still leaving it out on the counter so I don’t forget to take it.

I guess it doesn’t hurt to advertise that I’m ready for action!
